 North Carolina is getting  ready for The Hunger Games fans. People seek out places where the movie was shot. People can go to the tour of 4 day trips.   People can explore DuPont State Recreational Forest with fans “Mentor” to discover the locations used in the movie. Fan Tours says,” Learning master fundamental survival skills like orienteering, camo-face painting, and shelter building needed to excel in the Hunger Games. Lunch will be provided in Hunger Games style”.  And people can choose two types of Day Tours. They can choose a Day Tour by Shuttle and Day Walking Tours. First, Day Tours by Shuttle is limited to 28 guests per tour. This trip includes travel deep into DuPont State Forest to see all the filming locations used in the movie of The Hunger Games.  And the cost is $79 per person.  Dates are available May 26, 27 July 14, 15 Aug 11, 12.

 Second Day Walking Tours takes 4 to 4 1 /2 hours and involves hiking.  The tour will take you on a hiking tour of the primary filming locations and the cost is $50 per person. Dates are available May 5 June 2 June 30 July 7 July 21 Aug 4 Aug 18 Sept 29 Oct 6 and Nov 3.

 Finally, many people will go to these trips. Because The Hunger Games has many fans and North Carolina is getting ready for fans. North Carolina was shot The Hunger Games movie was filmed in North Carolina. Many fans seek out where the movie was shot. The trip shows scene from the movie and guides teach survival skills.

Movie of The Hunger Games my impression

The Hunger Games

 I went to see the movie of The Hunger Games on April 11. The movie was so exciting. But I thought that the movie left out a lot of information. But the movie made it easy to understand the story. In the movie, I felt many things and understood. For example, I caught characters feelings and how to move their feeling. I felt The Hunger Games battle was so dynamic in the movie. Especially, I understood how to kill among the tributes.

But I was disappointed in some scenes in the movie. Especially, I was disappointed about scenes when Rue died scenes. So this scene was too short from when Katniss met her until Rue died.  I thought this scene was an  impressive scene in the movie and this scene should be a longer story. But I thought the movie told more important messages for spectators. In the book, I couldn’t understand what is this book told us  but  in the movie, I could understand a little  what it told us . Finally, I  thought that

I like the book. Because, the book have a lot of information. I thought the book was better than the movie.

Spring Break

  I went to Seattle by train with my friends. We had no plan before we went to there. I was worried about this trip. But the result of this trip was so fun.  Because we had many experience.

 I was amazing so we expected to take a train too late.  Maybe one hour late.  In Japan, I had hardly experience. And we took a train so long time. I slept the train still arrived   the Seattle.

 Arrived the Seattle, I saw big stadium. We went to the hotel. And we were amazing too. The hotel was so small. I thought that my dormitory bigger and better than this hotel. But this hotel was cheap. This was my first day.

 We went to downtown. Seattle was big and beautiful town. I thought the town just like Tokyo.     And we went to Pike Place Market and STARBUCKS first shop. I was exciting this place.  

 And we went to Seattle Center and we ate sushi. Space Needle was so high and so exciting.

Sushi was so delicious. Next we went to Uwajimaya. We bought many Japanese foods. I was glad.  Last I went to Safeco Field.  This field was so big. I was amazed.

I was so fun in Seattle and I want to go more times.

If I went to Seattle, I want to watch baseball game next time.

Pow Wow

　                                         10th anniversary the Pow Wow

I would talk about the Pow Wow. I went to the Pow Wow on Saturday, March 10. I thought that the Pow Wow was not an interesting thing. But I went because I was interesting in intercultural events .

 And I felt anything to use my five senses.

First I felt nostalgic for the smell. I thought this smell was looks like Japanese SENKOU. I thought this smell resembled but I felt silently different. I did not know what was difference smell. It was sage grass to purify the area.

 Second I ate smoked salmon. I ate it and this taste was unique. Smoked salmon was so delicious.

 Third Pow Wow started ceremony. I heard various sounds. In the first I heard drumming. This sound was so powerful and surrounding people gave off unique voice. I was attracted by it. People’s voices were powerful and great.

 Fourth I saw anything. One I saw a dance. Dance was powerful feeling and force to moving. Clothes were so beautiful. So, clothes had many color and many bird’s wing. I did not see such clothes in Japan. I thought that the  clothes looked mysterious. Next I saw many a shop there. I saw flute, object, decoration, cloth, accessories etc. I was interested to see how animal fur and bones were used for making things. For example, they used fur of rabbit and to use bone of animal decoration. I was amazed they were selling animal things. But I did not buy any.

Lastly I thought Pow Wow was so exciting and unique. And I knew it only one country of the world. Because I thought that Japan did not have such cultures.  This cultural was careful with nature and united with nature. And I felt Dancing was as if their ‘s body was eagle. When I looked it, eagle was dancing. I was so exciting and amazing in Pow Wow.

I felt anything. But I thought that Pow Wow was not easy to express in words. I thought that I looked and felt all.
