The Hunger Games
Takuya Yamane
I went to see the
movie of The Hunger Games on April
11. The movie was so exciting. But I thought that the movie left out a lot of
information. But the movie made it easy to understand the story. In the movie,
I felt many things and understood. For example, I caught characters feelings
and how to move their feeling. I felt The
Hunger Games battle was so dynamic in the movie. Especially, I understood
how to kill among the tributes.
But I was disappointed in some scenes in the movie.
Especially, I was disappointed about scenes when Rue died scenes. So this scene
was too short from when Katniss met her until Rue died. I thought this scene was an impressive scene in the movie and this scene should
be a longer story. But I thought the movie told more important messages for
spectators. In the book, I couldn’t understand what is this book told us but in
the movie, I could understand a little
what it told us . Finally, I
thought that
I like the book. Because, the book have a lot of information.
I thought the book was better than the movie.
I agree- I did like the book better than the movie. It was probably very difficult for the movie director and writers to decide what scenes to put in the movie, and what scenes to leave out. Of course, if the movie was longer and included more scenes- that would be OK with me! :)
